BUYING A HOME OR INVESTMENT PROPERTY
There's a lot that goes in to buying a property. It's one of the biggest, if not the biggest, purchase you will ever make. HOW DO I GET STARTED
First, get Pre-Approved from a Mortgage Broker to see how much you can borrow. If you don't know a mortgage broker we can help you with the process.
If you're new to the buying process we understand it can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming at first but after you attend your first few open houses you will be comfortable in moving forward with your search. Go to as many open houses as you can to get an idea of what you want, what's out there and for what price. If there's a property with no open house listed we will arrange a time for you to view the property with us. We will be there with you every step of the way.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE AN OFFER

If you want to make an offer on a particular property let us know and we will write and submit an offer that protects your best interests.

If your offer gets accepted then we move on to the home inspection.

If the home inspection is acceptable to the buyer(s) then the attorneys proceed in drawing up the P&S (Purchase and Sales Agreement) for the seller(s) and buyer(s) to sign.

Once the P&S is signed we wait for the appraisal to be completed by the lender and mortgage to get approved, if applying for one.
The entire process once an offer is accepted is typically 4-6 weeks but can be more or less depending on the circumstances around the pending purchase.
